Table d’hôtes
In early 2018 Amanda achieved full accreditation to be able to provide a table d’hôtes service to our resident guests. This is now available on request and has been extremely well received.
We ask guests to let us know at the latest by breakfast whether they would like table d’hôtes that evening, to allow us to shop. Everything is sourced locally and fresh, and we take into account any disclosed allergies or taste preferences within our ability to provide a single choice for all courses for all guests, as under table d’hôtes regulations we are not allowed to offer a choice of dishes.
Amanda offers a 3 course meal with entrée, plat, et dessert for 20 - 25€. This features seasonal produce and the menus are unique to the day. Local pork, lamb, beef and veal are all excellent (with guaranteed provenance) and fish comes from Intermarché who run their own ethical fishing fleet “Scapêche“.
Wine is available with meals at an additional charge from our list of local bottles. This changes regularly depending upon what guests like to drink. We always have crémant and blanquette from our village vignerons, and a selection from local vineyards, including Anne de Joyeuse, Caves du Razes and Sieur d’Arques.
